Alpha & Alpha operates through a structured, multidisciplinary framework that supports its gallery, journal, and research divisions. Our team combines artistic vision, editorial clarity, technical expertise, and community engagement. As the platform grows, each department will expand with dedicated professionals contributing to our mission.
Management Department
Director & Curator General
BA (Hons) in Fine and Decorative Arts, with a specialization in Ceramic Design from the University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca.
Founder of Alpha & Alpha Contemporary Art Platform and ArtUnivers Journal, multidisciplinary visual artist, curator, and independent researcher.
In addition to his artistic career, he has accumulated extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business consultancy, management, finance, marketing, and project development, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to the creation and growth of cultural initiatives.
This combination of artistic expertise and professional experience has shaped the vision, organisational structure, and long-term development of Alpha & Alpha as an international contemporary art platform.
His current work focuses on curatorial research, editorial development, international collaborations, and projects that bridge traditional artistic practices with digital technologies and contemporary discourse.
Technical Department
Head of Cybersecurity & Digital Systems
Astrid is a highly qualified IT and Cybersecurity professional (Level 6 IT / Level 5 Cyber Security), responsible for safeguarding and optimizing the digital infrastructure of Alpha & Alpha Global Holdings.
She leads the development of our secure database architectures, intellectual property protection systems, and advanced search engine amplification technologies, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and digital visibility for our artists, galleries, and publications.
