3. Returns Process
3.1. Condition of Returned Items
Returned Items must be:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged due to improper handling by the Buyer.
3.2. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the Item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
